202 Guesthouse - Lincoln Accommodation
A traditional guesthouse with a contemporary feel, within walking distance of Lincoln's Historical and Cultural Quarters and Lincoln City Centre.
Our guesthouse is nestled within the West End of Lincoln near the beautiful West Common (find us).
The Lincoln 202 guesthouse has three double bedrooms (two are en-suite) and a single room with shared bathroom facilities. We also have a ground floor family suite with its own private bathroom comprising of one twin room and one single room with the option of an additional single bed if required.
There are coffee and tea facilities in every room. We offer our guests a free Cathedral family pass. Rooms have flat screen TV's with built-in DVD.

All room prices include B&B (Bed and Breakfast), free wi-fi & free parking permits.
Single rooms with en-suite from £40.00 per night.
Single rooms with non en-suite from £30.00 per night.
Double rooms with en-suite from £55.00 per night.
Double rooms with non en-suite from £50.00 per night.
Twin room with en-suite from £60.00 per night.
Family Room with en-suite from £85.00 per night.
Price includes full English breakfast (locally sourced produce - Lincolnshire sausage, Free range eggs) served between 7.30am - 8:30am (Weekends 8am - 9.30am). We also cater for vegetarians.
Check in times are flexible and can be agreed at time of booking.
Note: There are rooms available on the ground floor for easier access. Please request this at the time of booking.
